APEC is involved in investment and assisting with the development and financing of projects. Colin founded APEC Logic Investments Limited in 1995 in partnership with a Singaporean Investment Company.
APEC's focus is on investing and developing Asian and International businesses using venture capital, equity collateral funds and loan finance.
He has been involved with industry and government all his working life and is very well versed in the difficulties organisations have trying to raise loan and equity capital for expansion.

Upon return from China with the short stint as expatriate in MNC Company in Hong Kong under the wings of KUOK Group, Mr. Chan was engaged as Group Financial Controller to oversee the entire financial aspects of the Syabinas Group of companies, direct reporting to Managing Director/ Owner.
Syabinas Group of Companies are involved in multiple of businesses which inclusive of privately own Inland Port providing total logistics services in rail transportation,bonded warehousing management and forwarding services. Upon serving for 1 year, Mr. Chan was re-designated as Group General Manager- Finance.
While tenure as Group Financial Controller, the areas that covered are including financial control/management, internal audit, feasibility studies of project viability and accounting related policy and matters. Richard K. Sutz, CEO and founder, brings more than 30 years of experience in the research, development and manufacture of renewable energy technologies. He is an internationally acknowledged expert in the development of low-wind-speed machines for water pumping, water purification and electrical generation.
The Mark 10 High Performance Water Pumping windmill, developed by Mr. Sutz, is the result of more than $5 million of R&D. The Mark 10 pumps more water, at any wind speed, from any depth to water, at a lower cost than any other windmill in the world.
Prior to the breakthrough development of the Mark 10, conventional multiblade water pumping windmills required wind speeds in excess of 15 miles per hour (24 KPH) to pump to 300 feet (100 meters). Wind speeds of 15 MPH occur less than 20% of the time over the earth’s land surface.
The Mark 10 begins operation at 3 MPH (4.8 KPH) and pumps to 4,000 feet (1,200 meters). Wind speeds of 10 mph (16 KPH) or less occur more than 90% of the time over 90% of the earth’s surface. This permits use of renewable energy, as a cost effective power source in areas, throughout the world, that previously were thought to have insufficient wind speeds for the use of any type of wind machines.
Based on the low-wind-speed experience gained with the successful development, testing and commercialization of the Mark 10 Water Pumping Windmill, Sutz began development of a low-wind-speed turbine for the generation of utility-grade electricity for sale to the Electrical Grid; designated as the Mark 10E & Mark 11E.
The turbine technology is covered by Patent Pending status Mr. Sutz’s background and experience span executive roles in both the private and public sector. He began his business career as Director for Europe and the Middle East for Grumman Aircraft where he was responsible for marketing military and civilian aircraft. He later moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and began his entrepreneurial career focused in the field of energy-related technologies and educational software designed to teach enhanced reading skills.
In the late 1970’s he was appointed the Deputy Director of the Arizona Energy Office, with joint responsibility for Arizona Energy Conservation Programs. He later joined the U.S. Department of Energy as Director of the Energy Related Inventions; with the responsibility to evaluate and fund promising energy related technologies.
During this period, he directed the US Department of Energy research that identified the need, in developing countries, for water pumping windmill technology that could operate, cost effectively, in low wind speeds and could pump water from great depths.
Mr. Sutz left the government to lead a private sector team that developed the Mark 10; which is currently in production in China with plans underway for production in Canada for world-wide commercialization. Earlier in his impressive career, he served as a Project Officer with the U.S. Navy Bureau of Aeronautics.
He invented the key component of fighter pilot’s oxygen breathing systems that prevented fatal accidents caused by hypoxia (lack of oxygen at high altitudes).
His other major development was to install the first rocket-powered ejection seat for US Navy fighter aircraft, enabling pilots to eject from the runway on landing or takeoff. For his efforts, , as a young Navy flight officer, he was awarded a rarely presented Letter of Commendation from the Chief of Naval Operations.
Mr. Sutz has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a graduate degree in International Business and Finance at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mr. Nicholas (Nick) Laroche - has over thirty years of professional experience in corporate management, financial and operational analysis and implementation of significant organizational change for growth.
His specialization has been in the areas of mergers and acquisitions including consolidations of both private and public companies requiring complex restructuring and/or capital financing. He was the co-founder and president of Hars Systems Inc., the world’s largest independent hotel airline reservation system which was traded on the TSX.
Hars Systems was purchased outright in 1994 and subsequently re-privatized. From the late 70's and concurrently during this period he was a partner in Abcon Engineering (Alberta) Ltd. that specialized in coal energy exploration services for major coal companies. He has worked with the energy sector for several years in the development and engineering of related technologies including secondary exploration methods.
He has held the position of Vice President with an oil and gas well servicing business (Petroleum Royalties Ltd.) as well as that of a director and officer of East Coast Energy Inc. (TSX), an offshore oil exploration company which was eventually acquired by the Canadian government.
Mr. Laroche also has a strong background and experience in the alternative energy sector in the Coal Bed Methane and wind energy businesses in China.
Currently He holds the position of President-CEO Director of an Alternative Energy Technology company and is actively involved with the development of other leading edge Green Technology companies.
Mr. Laroche resides in China and is a Canadian Citizen.

Mr Li Peng graduated from the Zhi Jiang Engineering University.
He was involved in the development of the Silk and other Textile industries in the ShanDong province, under the supervision of the ShanDong province Planning Committee, Science Committee, and Economic Committee.
He was the pioneer in development of the export and contract manufacturing industries in the Silk and Textile Sectors for the Wei Hai City, ShanDong province.
Later, he works for CATIC, the China Aviation Technology Import Export Co. Ltd., one of the prime Import-Export Companies of China. Mr Jerry Goh is well recognised in the Business community in Singapore, Malaysia and China. Having graduated in Business and Economic Management in 1982.

He started his career in Sales and Marketing with particular emphasis on Merchandising. He has been in Senior Management positions in the South East Asian region for the past 15 years and is now working full time in China.

He was the founder and CEO of a successful Singaporean Optical company which he took to China and developed his own brand names.
